Al Maqsed

Developed by City Edge Developments, Al Maqsad is a premier, fully integrated residential compound sprawling across 214 feddans in the Third Residential District (R3) of Egypt's New Administrative Capital. Strategically positioned with direct access to major arteries like the Mohamed Bin Zayed North Axis, the Regional Ring Road, and the Cairo-Suez Road, it sits in close proximity to the Financial & Business District, the New Capital International Airport, and the Valley of Embassies. Designed in collaboration with international and regional architectural leaders, including the China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), the project offers a diverse array of living spaces ranging from classical European to contemporary Mediterranean styles. The community is split into distinctive, specialized zones—such as Al Maqsad Villas, which delivers spacious standalone villas, townhouses, and twin houses, and Al Maqsad Residences, which features fully finished modern apartments. Aiming to function as a self-contained mini-city, Al Maqsad treats its residents to upscale community amenities that include a commercial hub (Mamsha Al Maqsad), dedicated bicycle lanes, a multi-sport club, smart home infrastructure, and 24/7 security surveillance systems.
