Developed by SODIC, Caesar is an upscale, low-density coastal development situated at kilometer 200 along the Alexandria-Marsa Matrouh Road in the sought-after region of Ras El Hekma, Egypt. Spanning approximately 192 to 280 acres, the project is meticulously designed with a strict master plan where only 16% to 20% of the land is allocated to building footprints, dedicating the vast remaining space to lush landscaping, artificial lakes, and crystal-clear swimmable lagoons. A defining engineering and architectural feature of Caesar is its naturally terraced topography. Built over five distinct levels running parallel to the shoreline, this step-like design ensures that nearly all residential units enjoy unobstructed, panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea while allowing natural sea breezes to circulate freely throughout the community.

The development accommodates a diverse array of fully finished residential offerings, ranging from cozy chalets to expansive twin houses and luxury standalone beachfront villas. Engineered to provide a self-contained, premium summer experience, Caesar integrates a massive 1.2-kilometer private beachfront with a vibrant social and commercial ecosystem. Key components of its master plan include The Pier (a signature social boardwalk), Matcha (the central retail and dining village), and an extensive Green Spine complete with outdoor gym equipment, sports courts, walking paths, and dedicated children's zones.
