Developed by Redcon for Offices and Commercial Centers (a subsidiary of the leading Egyptian firm REDCON Construction), Golden Gate is a massive, premium mixed-use development prominently located in the heart of New Cairo on South 90th Street. Spanning a significant land area of 160,000 square meters directly opposite the American University in Cairo (AUC), the project boasts the longest commercial and administrative frontage in the area, extending 1.25 kilometers.
