MOUNTAIN VIEW HEART WORK

Heartwork by Mountain View is Egypt's first international business hub, strategically located across 38 to 42 acres within the prominent iCity master plan in New Cairo's Golden Square. Developed in collaboration with global architecture firm CallisonRTKL and DMA, the gated corporate campus introduces a next-generation workspace centered entirely on the "science of happiness." The master plan is uniquely structured around four holistic pillars—Heart, Mind, Body, and Soul—with distinct operational phases designed to balance intensive corporate productivity with physical and mental wellness.

The campus features premium, tech-forward administrative offices, commercial spaces, and retail modules that maximize natural light through double-glazed glass facades. To break away from the traditional, rigid office environment, the hub integrates extensive green landscapes, artificial lakes, the DH Campus (the first of its kind in the Middle East), a meditation zone, a sculpture park, professional gym facilities, and continuous outdoor jogging tracks. Offering direct connectivity to major transit routes like the Middle Ring Road and the New Administrative Capital, Heartwork provides a highly accessible, Grade-A infrastructure complete with smart building features, 24/7 security, and an expansive dining and entertainment district.
