South Med

South Med is a massive, fully integrated coastal city developed by the Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), located at kilometer 165 on the Alexandria-Marsa Matrouh Road in Egypt’s Al Dabaa region. Spanning approximately 23 million square meters, the project is designed as an all-year-round destination rather than just a seasonal getaway. Its master plan emphasizes a low-density, eco-friendly environment where only about 15% of the land is dedicated to construction, leaving the vast majority for lush landscaping, crystal swimmable lagoons, and open green spaces.

The destination features world-class amenities, including a premier international marina, 18-hole golf courses, open-air shopping malls, luxury boutique hotels, and advanced sports and wellness centers. The project is strategically built with smart city infrastructure, such as 5G connectivity and sustainable energy systems, to provide a modern, high-end living experience.
