The Five

The Five Mall in Egypt's New Administrative Capital, developed by Samco Holding, is a landmark mixed-use commercial development engineered across a sprawling five-acre plot with a built-up area of 110,000 square meters. Designed by prominent architectural engineer Omar Aqeel, the project’s structural layout features five distinct, masterfully planned pentagonal buildings strategically aligned to maximize spatial distribution, easy floor navigation, and panoramic external views for all units. Located dynamically along the El Amal Axis near the Iconic Tower, the engineering scheme strategically partitions the five structures by function: three buildings are dedicated to flexible administrative offices and ground-level retail spaces, while the remaining two buildings are engineered specifically to isolate medical clinics and luxury hotel apartments.

From a technical and structural engineering standpoint, the development incorporates advanced construction materials and cutting-edge building management practices. The infrastructure relies on ultra-high-quality foundation materials engineered to support heavy multi-use loads, coupled with specialized glass facades that offer high-grade shock resistance and acoustic insulation for noise reduction. Internally, the project is outfitted with state-of-the-art smart building systems, automated firefighting and fume-detection grids, centralized HVAC climate control, and comprehensive 4G digital technology integration to ensure seamless technical operations.
