The Med

The Med is a premium coastal destination developed by People & Places, sprawling across 307 acres in the highly coveted Ras El Hekma region of Egypt's North Coast (Kilo 195). Positioned atop a gentle elevation that reaches up to 45 meters above sea level, the resort is intentionally designed to maximize natural ventilation and provide stunning, uninterrupted views of the sea and sky. It masterfully balances contemporary Mediterranean architecture with a low-density footprint, dedicating 70% of its expansive land to lush green spaces, natural landscapes, and open environments that encourage a tranquil, car-free lifestyle seamlessly integrated with nature.

At the heart of its allure is a magnificent 800-meter pristine coastline, featuring a 100,000-square-meter beach area and 110,000 square meters of crystal-clear, swimmable lagoons.
