Developed by The Marq Communities, The Wonder Marq is a premium, master-planned residential community spanning 255 acres strategically located in the heart of Mostakbal City, East Cairo. The project’s engineering footprint emphasizes an ultra-low-density urban design, restricting the footprint of buildings to just 25% of the total land area. The remaining 75% is dedicated to civil and environmental engineering features, including expansive green finger parks, integrated water features like artificial lakes and streams, and multi-use paved networks designed safely for jogging and cycling.
